Refund policy

10-1 . Principle and effects of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right to return to the seller, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be put back on the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.

The right to return can be exercised by e-mailing contact@wandernana.fr, by sending the withdrawal form available on the website www.wandernana.com and in the appendix to these general conditions of sale, in which case an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by e-mail to the Customer by the Seller.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the purchased Product(s) will be refunded, the delivery costs as well as the return costs will remain at the Customer's charge.

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the notification to the Seller of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be deferred until the Seller receives the returned products. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment used for the initial transaction.
